West Lake Hefner
The quiet side of the water, just off Lake Hefner Parkway. These two sit on the lake's west shore — sunrise over the water from the back of the house, the 9-mile trail loop and the marina restaurants a few minutes around the shoreline, and downtown still inside 20 minutes. This is the corner people pick when they want the lake, not the traffic.
Quail Creek & The Village
East of Lake Hefner the city settles into its established neighborhoods: Quail Creek's big lots and golf course, and The Village — an independent little city tucked inside OKC — with the shops, restaurants and everyday errands strung along May and Penn. Mature trees, wide streets, and a five-minute drive back to the lake. Our roomiest non-estate houses live here.
Gaillardia Country Club
The two largest homes in our collection — each sleeping 16+ with pools, hot tubs, and game rooms. The default answer for reunions and golf weekends.
Paseo & Plaza District
OKC's arts districts: murals, galleries, patios, and live music on walkable streets. Our two century-old character homes were gutted and renovated — historic outside, brand new inside.
OU Medical District & Downtown
Walking distance to OU Medical Center and OU Children's Hospital, five minutes to Downtown, Midtown, and Bricktown. The obvious base for medical stays and central-everything trips.
Airport District
Six minutes from Will Rogers World Airport and ten from the Stockyards City steakhouses. Crews, early flights, and central-highway convenience.
