This website is operated by VVS Property Management (dba BnB OKC). By using it you agree to these terms.

Site Content

Photos, descriptions, and rates are provided in good faith and updated regularly, but availability and pricing are only final when confirmed in your written rental agreement. Submitting a date request does not create a reservation.

Reservations

All stays are governed by the BnB OKC Short-Term Rental Agreement, which you review and e-sign before any booking is confirmed. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Intellectual Property

Site content, photography, and branding belong to VVS Property Management and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or bulk-copying of content or photography, no automated form submissions, no attempts to probe or disrupt the site or its booking systems, and no use of the site to send spam or misrepresent your identity. Date requests must be made in good faith by the person intending to stay.

Third-Party Links

Pages on this site link to outside resources — attraction websites, city guides, Airbnb and Vrbo listings, and insurance-related references. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

Accuracy

We work to keep photos, amenity lists, and calendars current, and the availability shown on each home refreshes automatically from our booking calendars. Even so, occasional errors or delays happen; if a listed detail matters to your stay, confirm it with us before booking and we will put it in writing.

Liability

This site is provided as-is; we are not liable for interruptions or errors. Nothing here is insurance, legal, or tax advice — coverage decisions on insurance-funded stays are made solely by your carrier.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and our services evolve; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
