What We Collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type: name, contact details, stay dates, and your message. Our forms send this to our reservations team so we can respond; we do not sell it. We also store a small record in your browser (first visit source and pages viewed) to understand how guests find us.

Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to measure the site and to show our homes to past visitors elsewhere on the web. Where these tools are active they use cookies; you can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to book by phone.

Payments

This website does not collect or store payment card details. Payment is handled at reservation time through our booking and payment provider, with details confirmed to you in writing.

How Long We Keep It

Inquiry and reservation records are kept as long as we need them for guest service, accounting, and legal requirements, then deleted. Camera footage from exterior devices is retained briefly on a rolling basis unless an incident requires preserving it.

Sharing

We share guest information only with the people needed to run your stay: our own team, our booking and payment providers, and — for insurance-funded stays — the carrier, adjuster, or housing company coordinating your placement. We never sell or rent your information to marketers.

Your Choices

Email us at stay@bnbokc.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.
