Your stay at a glance
The home, your check-in and checkout dates, how many guests are on the booking, the total, what you have paid so far, an itemized receipt, and a link to the rental agreement you signed.
Check-in details at noon
The address, your door code, parking, directions and Wi-Fi appear on your trip page at 12:00 PM Central on the day you arrive, and by email at the same time. Before then the page shows only your dates and times, which keeps the home's location private until it is yours for the night.
Your door code
Every home has a keypad lock. Your code is the last four digits of the phone number on your reservation. IMPORTANT: your code activates at 4:00 PM when your check-in begins and will not open the door before then. Check-in is contact-free, so there is nobody to meet and nothing to pick up.
Messages with the host
Ask anything from the trip page. Routine questions such as Wi-Fi, parking, trash day, pool and hot tub use, quiet hours, early check-in or late checkout get an answer right away. Anything else goes straight to the host, who replies on the page and by email, usually within the hour during the day.
Checkout is 11:00 AM. Late checkout is $50 an hour when the cleaning schedule allows it; ask the day before. Early check-in is sometimes possible for $100 when there is a same-day turnover, because housekeeping adds two helpers to finish by 2:00 PM. Pools at Remington, Gaillardia, Lakefront and Quail Creek can be heated for $48 a night plus tax from April 15 to December 14. Dogs are welcome, up to two, with a one-time $150 pet fee. Oklahoma City quiet hours run 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
