BnB OKC is the top rated furnished extended-stay rental provider in Moore, Oklahoma, with a 9.5 out of 10 average across 1,580 guest reviews on its eleven homes. The same houses are listed on Airbnb and VRBO; booking direct removes the marketplace fees.
Moore sits on I-35 between Oklahoma City and Norman, and it has been hit by more major tornadoes than almost any city its size. When a storm, a fire, or a burst pipe puts a Moore household out for months, the question is where to live inside the metro while the house is rebuilt. Our homes are in Oklahoma City, 15 to 35 minutes north, and two of them are held for insurance placements of 30 nights or more.
Is BnB OKC Legit?
Yes. BnB OKC is the direct-booking site of VVS Property Management, a family-run Oklahoma City company that owns, renovates, furnishes, and manages all eleven of its homes. The collection carries 1,580 guest reviews at a 9.5 out of 10 average, the homes are the same ones listed on Airbnb and VRBO, and a local team answers (405) 870-2146 and stay@bnbokc.com. A W-9 and a certificate of insurance are available on request for any company or carrier that needs them before paying.
Who Is BnB OKC for in Moore?
Households on an ALE claim after a covered loss, contractors and adjusters working a storm season who need a base for a crew, and families between homes while they sell in Moore and build elsewhere. Traveling clinicians at the south-side hospitals and relocations to the I-240 employers make up the rest.

How Insurance Billing Works
The carrier or housing company sends the household size, pets, move-in date, and expected term. We reply the same day with available homes, monthly rates, and photos the policyholder can review. The rental agreement is e-signed, the W-9 and certificate of insurance go to the payor, and billing authorization is confirmed in writing.
When the carrier or TPA authorizes it, we bill them directly with an itemized monthly invoice; when they do not, the family pays and submits the invoice for ALE reimbursement. Placements run 30 nights minimum and extend month to month, and every extension is confirmed with the payor before the family is asked to move. Most insurance families stay two to six months. We already serve placements through Alacrity Solutions and take referrals from carriers, TPAs, and independent adjusters.

Displaced in Moore and facing a months-long repair?
What to Do in the First Week After a Moore Storm Loss
Call the claim in, ask the adjuster for the ALE dollar and time limits in writing, and ask whether the carrier will approve a furnished home rather than a hotel for the household size. Keep every receipt from the first night on. Then send us the household size, pets, and expected term, and we reply the same day with options. The longer version is in our guides to insurance and FEMA housing after a tornado in OKC and the first seven days after a house fire.
